Sammi has spent 12 years working at a number of different fitness facilities, learning, growing & developing as a trainer. She enjoyed all aspects of Fitness; Strength, Power, Endurance, Cardio & Movement.


Over the years she have developed my own style when designing training programs that have helped many clients unlock their full potential & develop not only in their performance but also mindset, motivation & lifestyle. If she by some chance not at the gym you will find her enjoying a coffee at a local cafe or at home with my fur baby Ruby.


However if its Summer, I'll be parked up on the sand enjoying the sun rays and beach life.

Kaitlyn Schepisi, trainer

Kaitlyn our newest Move Strong Fit Trainer has spent many years in the gym training and learning,. he discovered her passion for everything health and fitness after starting her own fitness journey a few years ago.


She then decided to take that passion further and complete her Certificate III in Fitness. She loves HIIT session and hitting PB’s in the gym. She is competitive and loves to help people push themselves to be their best. She loves brunch dates, Mexican food, good coffee, the beach and her dog.
